Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after processing. Expedited shipping typically takes 2–3 business days after processing.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days after processing, depending on the destination country and local customs processing. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at your store email within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
